The Framelet Studio offer is USD 19 paid once, with no renewal, when checkout is enabled. Sign in and check Billing & usage for current availability. If you have a charge to discuss, ask us to review it.
Seven-day refund rule
You may request a full refund within seven days of the purchase date. Email support@getframelet.com or follow the refund request instructions. Opening the email link starts your mail client; it does not submit a request. Send the email to make your request. Include enough payment detail to identify the charge, but never a full card number or password.
A request requires review and is not automatically approved. Eligible full refunds are processed through the original payment provider. This page does not process payments or change account entitlements.
Policy status
The seven-day voluntary refund window starts on the purchase date. A checkout button appears in Billing & usage only when the offer is available. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected by this voluntary rule.
