Keep the essentials of an invitation easy to find. Meet you there pairs a pale blue background with overlapping circular shapes and a large event headline. A separate date line appears above the headline, while the location sits below it. This gives a workshop, local market, studio open day or informal gathering a clear structure without a complicated poster design.
Fill brand with the organizer, date with the day and time, title with the event name and place with the location or attendance details. These are ordinary text fields; the image does not create a calendar invitation or a booking link. Include a time zone when your audience needs one, and check every date before export. You can edit the shapes, spacing and type to match the event identity. If you run a series, a CSV row can hold each session’s details while the visual design stays consistent. Preview longer venues and event names, then export PNG files for manual sharing.
